Karachi, June 2025 – The Pakistani entertainment industry is mourning the loss of legendary actress Ayesha Khan, who was found dead in her Karachi apartment at the age of 76. Known for her unforgettable roles in classic PTV dramas like Afshan, Aroosa, and Family 93, Khan was a trailblazer in Pakistani television, leaving behind a legacy of powerful performances.
Born on August 22, 1948, in Karachi, Ayesha Khan began her acting career during the golden era of Pakistan Television (PTV). She quickly became a household name with her ability to portray both serious and satirical roles with equal brilliance.
