    The provincial government has increased its budget for minority welfare, supporting improvements in places of worship, cultural sites, and community services.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Punjab Minority Card 2025, applicants must:

  • Be a permanent resident of Punjab.
  • Belong to a recognized minority community such as Hindu, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi.
  • Be the head of the family with a valid CNIC and mobile number.
  • Have a poverty score (PMT) of 45 or below.
  • Not receive financial assistance from other programs like BISP.

  1. Visit the Official Portal: mcard.punjab.gov.pk
  2. Register/Login: Use your CNIC to create an account.
  3. Fill the Online Form: Enter accurate details of the family and community.
  4. Upload Documents: CNIC, proof of residence, income certificate, and community certificate.
  5. Submit the Application: Complete and submit the online form.
  6. Verification and Card Issuance: Authorities verify the information, and the Punjab Minority Card is issued via SMS or post.
