The Punjab Minority Card 2025 is a government initiative aimed at supporting non-Muslim families in Punjab. Launched by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the program provides financial aid, festival bonuses, and other welfare benefits to empower minority communities across the province.

Key Benefits of the Punjab Minority Card

1. Quarterly Financial Aid
   Families registered under the Punjab Minority Card program receive PKR 10,500 every three months, helping them meet basic needs and improve their quality of life.
2. Festival Bonus
   On religious festivals, eligible families receive a bonus of PKR 15,000, up from the previous PKR 10,000, enabling them to celebrate important occasions comfortably.
3. Expanded Coverage
   The program now benefits 75,000 families, an increase from the earlier 50,000, ensuring more minority households can avail assistance through the Punjab Minority Card.
4. Enhanced Welfare Support
   The provincial government has increased its budget for minority welfare, supporting improvements in places of worship, cultural sites, and community services.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Punjab Minority Card 2025, applicants must:

• Be a permanent resident of Punjab.
• Belong to a recognized minority community such as Hindu, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, or Parsi.
• Be the head of the family with a valid CNIC and mobile number.
• Have a poverty score (PMT) of 45 or below.
• Not receive financial assistance from other programs like BISP.

How to Apply for the Punjab Minority Card

1. Visit the Official Portal: mcard.punjab.gov.pk
2. Register/Login: Use your CNIC to create an account.
3. Fill the Online Form: Enter accurate details of the family and community.
4. Upload Documents: CNIC, proof of residence, income certificate, and community certificate.
5. Submit the Application: Complete and submit the online form.
6. Verification and Card Issuance: Authorities verify the information, and the Punjab Minority Card is issued via SMS or post.
